I started the HNC with my first employer, who was a leading national manufacturer in ventilation. By the time I finished the HNC, I had left to progress on to a Service Desk Analyst role that looks bright for my future progression.
I would recommend the University Centre as it has a relaxed atmosphere suitable for Higher Education. This is not to be taken for granted though, as what you put in is what you get out.

I have been a Computing lecturer for over eight years now, ranging from Levels 3 to 5, and have had proactive involvement in curriculum design and development of HE programmes. We use local and national labour market information to inform our curriculum, ensuring that students receive an industry-relevant education for in-demand careers.
We have fantastic Computing facilities at our University Centre, with up-to-date IT suites and industry software to support your learning. There are study areas dedicated exclusively to HE learners and you can benefit from our extensive employer links.
