“I have supported people in IT for four years, starting straight out of school when I went into an Apprenticeship. I have learned that I would like to combine my technical knowledge and soft skills into a sales support or consultation role as I believe this is where my skill set is best.
“I started the HNC with my first employer, who was a leading national manufacturer in ventilation. By the time I finished the HNC, I had left to progress on to a Service Desk Analyst role that looks bright for the future for progression
“I would recommend the University Centre as it has a relaxed atmosphere suitable to Higher Education. This is not to be taken for granted though, as what you put in is what you get out.
