Course overview
This course is suitable for administrators working at a senior level with considerable responsibility for the management of systems and resources, working with an extensive degree of autonomy.
What will I learn
You will study four mandatory units of:
- Communicate in a business environment
- Manage personal and professional development
- Manage the work of an administrative function
- Resolve administrative problems
In addition to the mandatory units listed above, students are required to select optional units appropriate to their individual work role.
How will the courses be assessed?
You will be assessed in the workplace and on an individual basis inclusive of product evidence, reflective accounts, observations, professional discussions, written and verbal question and answer.

All HE enrolments are subject to the College’s Higher Education Student Agreement.
Progression
Upon successful completion of this programme students could progress onto the Level 5 CMI Diploma in Leadership Management.
